This is a ridgetop home overlooking Martinez Canyon 3 miles from Pagosa Fairfield. The elevation is 7500 feet. The house was just redecorated and refurnished in the summer 2005. It is surrounded by the gorgeous forest of the San Juan Mountains. Many activities and attractions are just a short distance away.
Pagosa Springs is a mountain community in Southwest Colorado offering 320 days of sunshine a year, beautiful scenery including mountains, lakes and waterfalls, lots of outdoor recreation, winter sports, and much more.
There is much to do to keep busy. The house is located within one-hundred feet of the 1.8 million acre San Juan National Forest. Fishing can be done in the lakes with a Pagosa Lakes fishing permit available at the recreation center for a small fee.
Lakes include rainbow trout, brown trout, largemouth bass, perch, and others. River fishing is available in town on the San Juan River. The quality waters of the San Juan below Navajo Lake is world renowned for the incredible trout fly fishing. Trophy hunting is available in the San Juans.
Wolf Creek Ski area boasts the "MOST SNOW IN COLORADO" with an average of over 600 inches per year! Come play up in the mountains and stay in the middle of it all in Pagosa Springs. You will not want to leave.

- 3 day deposit to hold reservation
- Balance must be paid 45 days before arrival
- If you need to cancel, you need to give 60 days written notice prior to arrival for full refund (minus $100 transaction fee) , otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
- No Smoking, No Pets
- Children are welcome (some baby equipment available upon request)
- Check-in time is after 3:00 PM - Check-out time is prior to 11:00AM. Sorry but late check-outs are not permitted.
