• Fabulous 4 bedroom home with fenced yard. $150-$350/night (see rates). Luxurious furniture including leather couch and recliner chairs.
• Four bedrooms and two baths. Sleeps up to ten. one king, two queens, one full and one queen “aero bed”.
• The house is very cozy with many decorative accents for that “mountain cabin” feel. It features a wonderful natural gas fireplace to cuddle up in front of.
• We have a hot tub right on the back deck. A necessary part of every mountain vacation is to soak in a hot tub after a long day enjoying the outdoors.
• The home backs up to the Martinez Canyon with lots of hiking trails and is surrounded by the gorgeous forest of the San Juan Mountains. Many activities and attractions are just a short distance away.
• Features include satellite TV, DVD/VCR/CD player, wireless internet, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. All cooking utensils and dishes provided in a gourmet kitchen. This is a chef's dream for a vacation home.
• Dishes, bedding and linens for ten are provided. Washer and dryer available.

• Flying in from Durango, Denver, or Albuquerque. Durango is 60 miles to the west, Denver is 5 hours northeast, Albq is 3.5 hours south. United, America West, and American fly into Durango. All major airlines serve Denver and Albuquerque.
• Driving in from West: Follow Hwy 160 from Durango about 60 miles, before town
