- Is our availability calendar up to date and accurate? Yes,
it is up to date. If we do not have availability, we have a friend who
has another condo as well as 2 houses that might have availability.

- What Is The Cancellation Policy? If you need to cancel, you
need to give 60 days written notice prior to arrival for full refund
(minus $100 transaction fee), otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
- Are Children welcome? Yes, we have 12 young grandchildren so our places are pretty kid friendly.
- Are there kids toys? Some
- Is there baby gates or a porta crib? There is some baby equipment available upon request.
