• Surprisingly large vacation home with 2 levels, including 2 large living spaces each with their own fireplace (firewood is provided).
• Sleeps up to 16 with a king-size master bedroom (with its own full bathroom, including a very cool hot tub (this really is just a jetted tub not a whirpool or jaccuzzi, just a bath tub with jets ) tub); 1 king bedroom and 1 queen bedroom with a full bath in between on main level; 2 queen-size beds, 1 queen hide-a-bed and 4 twin beds and a full bathroom on lower level.  (We’re ok with a few extra people if need be, but you will need to bring sleeping bags etc. for them.)
• This spacious home has plenty of room to spread out, but yet it’s a great “hang out” home with a pool table, game area, wet bar (not stocked) and a great hot tub right on the back deck.
• The home is located in a very private, wooded setting.
• National forest, fishing lakes and hiking trails are just a short distance away.
• Features include satellite TV, DVD/VCR/CD player, wireless internet, full (well appointed) kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. All cooking utensils and dishes provided.
• Bedding, linens and including towels for sixteen are provided. Free washer and dryer available on the premises.

• Flying in from Durango, Denver, or Albuquerque. Durango is 60 miles to the west, Denver is 5 hours northeast, Albq is 3.5 hours south.
• Driving in from West: Follow Hwy 160 from Durango about 60 miles, before town turn left at Peidra Road. go 3.2 miles. Turn LEFT onto Mission Drive. go 0.1 miles and Turn RIGHT onto GRANADA DRIVE. Go 0.2 miles on LEFT and you are there at 65 GRANADA DRIVE Pagosa Springs CO
