- Approximately 3200 square feet, huge full kitchen. A beautifully decorated family residence adjoining the national forest on a forested secluded lot with wonderful mountain views.
- Our vacation home will be ready to start renting Dec 10. Our builder assures us that it will be completed before Thanksgiving. The building process is currently on schedule.
- It is a beautiful home. As owners we plan to live there about 50% of the time and we have added many upgrades and special touches. We will post pictures soon.
- We have a hot tub. A necessary part of every mountain vacation is to soak in a hot tub. The master bath also has a 2 person jacuzzi brand corner tub.
- The garage is a huge 3 car garage and will have plenty of space for you to park 2 cars.

Description
- Memories to last a lifetime. Brand New Custom Home with gorgeous mountain views and the 1.8 million acre national forest as your back yard. Additional unit home next door available for your large family or corporate get-togethers.
- This is a large house located to optimize the viewing of the continental divide. It is excellent for large family gatherings or several families wanting to stay together. The elevation is 7500 feet. It is surrounded by national forest and gorgeous views of the San Juan Mountains. Many activities and attractions are just a short distance away.
- Pagosa Springs is a mountain community in South West Colorado offering 320 days of sunshine a year, beautiful scenery including mountains, lakes and waterfalls, lots of outdoor recreation, winter sports and much more.
- There is so much to do to keep busy. The house is located with the 1.8 million acre San Juan National Forest as your back yard. Fishing can be done within walking distance (Lake Forest) with a Pagosa Lakes Fishing permit available at the recreation center for a small fee. Lakes include rainbow trout, brown trout, largemouth bass, perch, and others. River fishing is available in town on the San Juan River. The quality waters of the San Juan below Navajo Lake are world renowned for the incredible trout fly fishing. Trophy hunting is also available in the San Juans. Wolf Creek Ski area boasts the "MOST SNOW IN COLORADO" with an average of over 600 inches per year! Come play up in the mountains and stay in the middle of it all in Pagosa Springs. You will not want to leave.

Policies
- 3 day deposit to hold reservation
- Balance must be paid 45 days before arrival
- If you must to cancel, you need to give 60 days written notice prior to arrival for full refund (minus $100 transaction fee) , otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
- No Smoking, No Pets
- Children are welcome (some baby equipment available upon request)
- Check-in time is after 3:00 PM - Check-out time is prior to 10:00AM. Sorry but late check-outs are not possible.

- Flying in from Durango, Denver, or Albuquerque. Durango is 60 miles to the west, Denver is 5 hours northeast, Albq is 3.5 hours south. United, America West, and American fly into Durango. All major airlines serve Denver and Albuquerque.
- Driving in from West: Follow Hwy 160 from Durango about 60 miles, before town turn left at North Pagosa Blvd (Shell gas station), go north 1.2 miles, turn left on Lake Forest Circle approximately 1.2 miles, left on Martinez, follow Martinez to right and house is up hill on the right, approximately .25 miles.
- Driving in from East: Hwy 160 to Pagosa, go past town and turn right on North Pagosa Blvd (Shell gas station), go north 1.2 miles, turn left on Lake Forest Circle approximately 1.2 miles, left on Martinez, follow Martinez to right and house is up hill on the right, approximately .25 miles.
