- Fabulous 5 bedroom home adjacent to the 1.8 million acre national forest and within walking distance of fishing lake …. $150-$500/night.
- 5 bedroom, 3 bath which sleeps up to 16 with 2 kings, 3 queens, 2 queen pullout couches, and 1 set of bunks.
- Decorated with many “cabin” touches, this home is truly a mountain get-a-way.
- The hot tub right on the back deck looks out the national forest and views of Pagosa Peak. Perfect for soaking after a long day skiing or hiking.
- There are 2 living areas (one on each level); each having its own TV/DVD.
- Pool table and ping pong table are in the lower living area also. We even provide a few toys/games for the younger guests.
- Huge kitchen with cooktop, double oven, dishwasher etc. It’s a chef’s dream! Plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils for large groups.
- Features include satellite TV, DVD/VCR/CD player, wireless internet; just about everything you need to feel right at home.
- Dishes, bedding, linens and towels for 16 are provided. Free washer and dryer available.

- Flying in from Durango, Denver, or Albuquerque. Durango is 60 miles to the west, Denver is 5 hours northeast, Albq is 3.5 hours south. United, America West, and American fly into Durango. All major airlines serve Denver and Albuquerque.
- Driving in from West: Follow Hwy 160 from Durango about 60 miles, before town
Turn LEFT onto VISTA BLVD. go 0.6 miles; VISTA BLVD becomes LAKE FOREST DR. go 0.2 miles
Turn RIGHT onto LAKE FOREST CIR. go 0.2 miles
