Rental Policies
- 3 day deposit to hold reservation
- Balance must be paid 45 days before arrival
- No Smoking
- No Pets ($350 fine for bringing unauthorized pets; pets may be allowed in some of our properties if a special allowance is made)
- Children are welcome (some baby equipment available upon request)
- Check-in time is after 3:00 PM - Check-out time is prior to 10:00AM.
- Refund/Cancellation policy: if you need to cancel, you need to give 60 days written notice prior to arrival for full refund (minus $100 transaction fee), otherwise the deposit will be forfeited. Deposit is not refundable for Christmas.
- We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information (email,
address, phone number) to others. We use a Secure Server for collecting personal
and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles)
all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the internet and
sent to us. Furthermore, credit card information is not stored on our server. See our privacy policy and terms and conditions.
